Well, I spoke too soon. The 2nd buyers backed out tonight. They were getting a loan through the VA and our condos didn't meet the requirements for a VA loan so they didn't have financing. Ugh. Seriously? I can't believe two buyers have had to back out. This is a roller coaster. I guess I shouldn't say anything until we sign on closing day!

Hang in there! Something will work out. Lainey is in that stage of doing just about whatever she wants to get into whatever she wants. It is tiring running them down and cleaning up after them.
Oh no! Heidi! That's annoying. I know it's so hard trying to keep a house show worthy with kids! Ugh! Something will work out soon I'm sure. Hang in there:)
Frustrating! But it's gotta be comforting that two people have loved it enough to make an offer. The right one will come along...
