Kyle got a job!!!!
I've been wanting to say this for a very l o n g time. He just found out tonight at 4:50pm! We don't have a start date yet (so hopefully the job doesn't fall through after I've told everyone!). He will be working for a bank. The bank has a lot of property and developments so he will be doing a lot of the same stuff he was doing before. He is excited and nervous at the same time because it's been 20 months since he's been laid off. Such a long time! The bank is only 5 minutes from our house so his commute will be fabulous. We feel very blessed and so grateful for all our family and friends and the many times they fasted and prayed on our behalf. Tonight for dinner, I said the prayer and thanked Heavenly Father that Kyle got a job. Afterwards, Kate said "we've been praying so long for Daddy to get a job and it worked!"

WOO HOO!! I'm crying happy tears of joy! I'm so happy for you and for Kyle. What a long 20 months. The kids were so happy for you and definitely felt like their prayers have been answered too. Reed yelled it out loud and did a happy dance/cheerleader move. I should video it tomorrow and add it to my blog. :) Still in our prayers, prayers of grattitude!! Love you!
Oh yeah, take a photo of that huge stack of paperwork. I've thought about that stack so many times. All those papers to get to this point. I'm so happy I might leave 3 more comments, ha!

After I saw your comment on Facebook I figured you might have more details on your blog. That sounds awesome. And I love when your kids can have those faith-promoting experiences where they see their prayers are answered. A
Although the other day Austin couldn't find his marbles and asked me to get off the phone and pray for to find them. How do you teach them that we don't pray for everything after they've seen it work before?!

Whew! I'm not sure what we'll be praying for now though... :) What a relief. I loved Kate's comment. Most adults would think it took too long but she only sees it as it really is - our prayers were answered. I'm proud of you guys - you endured a verrrryyy rough experience. Way to go!!!
