Snow Fun

There was quite a bit of snow on Sunday morning so after Church some of the kids went out to play in it for a bit. My kids are excited for snow since we haven't gotten any.

Everyone zonked out after Church and dinner. Cozy room.

3 year olds...

On Monday morning we went sledding at the sand dunes. We didn't pack snow clothes because we didn't have room for that and presents. We borrowed some from my Mom and Dad, but just dealt with what we had. Well, Lindsey and Chelsea lasted 2 minutes before my Dad took them back to his truck to sit in there and stay warm. That was nice of him. He said their hands were red and freezing. The rest of us lasted a bit longer and found some good sled runs. It was fun!

My Mom helped the little kids make a little snowman complete with all it's clothing. hahaha. Chelsea started eating it and eventually it got torn apart. 

We played lots of games over the weekend like Oh heck, Rook, Ticket to Ride, Racko, Mexican Train and more. We didn't play the farming game which we usually do, but I loved playing all the other games.

With no naps the last couple days Chelsea was so tired and fell asleep on the couch on Monday. We left for home right after a quick snack for dinner. The roads were great so we got home in good time.
