I picked out some new bedding for the crib to match Kate's existing bedding. It was interesting b/c I was so limited on my choices (unless I wanted to redo the whole room, which I did not want to do). I'll take pictures next week once it's all put together, but I think it looks pretty good together. I found it at Babies R Us and for some reason they had one set on clearance so I even got the set I wanted for cheaper!
Preston had tubes put in last year, but one fell out back in April and then last Friday he was crying and holding his ear. We went to the doctor and she couldn't see the tube in that ear either! He had an ear infection and later, the tube fell out- I think his ear drum ruptured. Poor kid. We'll wait and see if he gets another ear infection and if he does then we'll probably put tubes back in both ears.
Kyle went on a motorcycle trip last Friday with my Dad, brothers and brother-in-law near Ellensburg. They had fun and no one got hurt. That's the first thing we ask when they call "did anyone get hurt?" It's a tradition for them to go out for pizza afterwards before coming home all dirty and tired. They love their bike trips.
I went out for a girl's night out last week b/c a friend is moving away. We went to Macaroni Grill (yum, I haven't been there in forever) and then we went shopping. I got a cute necklace and some earrings. It's fun to find cheap, cute jewelry. Gotta love the store For Love by Forever 21.
I'm feeling fine (pregnancy wise) except I got another stiff neck and I can't take muscle relaxers so I just use a heating pad a lot and ask Kyle to massage my neck. It's getting better, but it hurts the most laying down trying to go to sleep so my sleep has been limited. I slept in the chair last night and I think I actually got some good sleep! I'm due in a month so the time is ticking away- yikes! Even though it's my third kid I'm still nervous on how it will all go (delivery and all).

Thanks for the update. Post pictures so we can see Kate and Lindsey's new space. I hope your stiff neck goes away. Probably work is not helping. Necks and backs I'm sure plague the poor hygienists! Love Macaroni Grill. Now I might need to go there! :o)
I bet Kate is SUPER excited to have Lindsey in her room!
That is frustrating with Preston's tubes!! At least you know they work for him when they are in. Paige goes to the ENT tomorrow because hers are still in and need to be removed. Ugh.
You only have four weeks left- or for you maybe only two!!! I would still get nervous for each delivery too!
I can't wait to see pictures of the room!
I'm glad you're feeling pretty good! I'm nervous about the delivery too! You'd think the nerves would go away since we've done it before, right?
Your are an excellent bargain hunter. That makes me think of your mom. I learned from you that it's ok to purchase several things to weigh your options and then take back what you don't want or didn't work out. That's a good skill to have.
Sorry about the kinked neck. I'll volunteer Jason to give you an neck and back massage, he did go to school for that. Come and visit!
Poor Preston! Emma got lots of ear infections. We pretty much new right from cranky day one with her that an infection was the cause. We never had to go so far as tubes though. I hope all goes well.
You'll do great with baby number three. Believe me, by five the novelty certainly wears off. Ha, ha, ha! I always kinda hold my breath on deliveries as well just to make sure that ll goes well. We had a great time with delivery and discharge. It was later that our scare with the baby came. I hope that the four weeks goes fast and that you're able to feel ready.
Can't wait to see pictures of the room!
I hope Lindsey is ready to share a room with her big sis/second mommy, ha. Can't wait to see the room all set up, score it was such a good deal. I love your decorating.
Poor Preston and parents! Too bad the tubes fell out, they helped so much. Hope no infections!
Jeni's right, for you it could be sooner than later. Maybe you'll have a baby in 10 minutes instead of 20, haha. Still can't wait, you'll do great no matter when she gets here!
