We are set for Halloween...are pumpkins are carved. Kate loved doing it, Preston hated the feel of the innards and told me "that's not nice" when I made him reach his hand in to feel it (hee hee), Lindsey climbed up on a chair to watch and we even found her sucking on a pumpkin seed. The kids picked out what shapes they wanted for their faces, it was easy and they were happy. Now let's hope it doesn't rain too hard on Halloween. :)Tuesday, October 25, 2011
Pumpkins
We are set for Halloween...are pumpkins are carved. The kids picked out what shapes they wanted for their faces, it was easy and they were happy. Now let's hope it doesn't rain too hard on Halloween. :)

Way to go! We just went and got our pumpkins. But hey, we got them for $2.50 instead of $3.88. Score! We'll see if we get them carved. :)
I'm glad to know about Loo Hoo standing up and then squatting when the picture was taken - it made me laugh seeing it. Such fun memories. I never thought I'd miss Halloween - (I hated figuring out costumes) - but I think I do... go figure!
Cute pumpkins! And I love that you "made" Preston reach in to grab the guts... awesome. We just got a pumpkin today and I'm still not sure I want to carve it. But yours may have inspired me to go for it!
Little cuties. Can't wait for the costumes! Hope Kate feels better and the other kids stayed healthy.
